Scott is good. He is very, very good. This is a long review. If you don't have the time to read my review, just take my word. Take him in your side and you will be happy. Now, if you want to know why he is good, keep reading. Here is Mr Scott Kendall's story. In 2015, I listed a property in San Diego for sale. The first agent who handled it was not able to sell it for 6 months. That was bad. To this day, I don't know why he could not do it. So I switched agent. Here come Scott. I listed the property with him. In 2 weeks, it was sold. And that was good. Very, very good. I was happy. Very happy. But I was not impressed. I thought he was just lucky. Don't get me wrong. I was grateful but not impressed. Anybody can be lucky at times. Later, I realized he is not just lucky. He is good. This is how Scott proved me wrong. Keep reading. On August of 2018, I sold a property in Las Vegas. I started looking for a property here in San Diego to replace the relinquished property in Las Vegas. Although I live here in San Diego, I was not aware of the San Diego Real Estate market. I started looking for a house by my self. I saw a house that was listed on a Thursday. I went to the open house 2 days later, a Saturday. I thought I was early. I was there 30 minutes after the open house started. I went in, the selling agent approached me and I was told the house was sold. Right then and there, I knew San Diego is a seller's market and I can't do it by myself. It is a little bit daunting to say the least. I need somebody to help me. So I called and met Scott. I told him about my experience of being 30 minutes late. He smiled and told me not to worry. He said he will help me. Scott is incredible. He has depth knowledge of the market, was sensible, honest, transparent throughout the whole process, patient and most importantly, was very communicative. My texts and calls got answers quickly. We could schedule showings and inspections on short notice. If you asked him about a particular property, he would call back in about 5-10 minutes and he would have all the informations. If you want to see a property or multiple properties, we would be there the following day. I stopped counting but in my calculation, we saw more or less 25 properties. There were 4 of us who would go with him- my wife and me, my son and daughter-in-law who will be living in the house. If you are trying to find a house where all 4 people would like it, that's not easy. I knew Scott was having a hard time but he was never pushy and did not make you feel like you were wasting his time. He was courteous, friendly, willing to answer your questions, always on time, always available and worked with your schedule, not his. When asked, he would give valuable insight and opinion which always make sense to me. The seller and the listing agent seemed to be difficult to work with but Scott was able to handle them successfully and patiently. I also appreciated the way he communicated with us and the other people involved in the process. He would call regularly the loan officer to make sure the loan money would be available on time, the selling agent, the home inspector, the termite company, the property appraiser, escrow officers and these people would communicate and explain to us what was going on in a very professional way. Scott facilitated all of this. Attention to details was impeccable. He worked hard. The escrow closed on 9-14-18. We got the key to the house. My son and daughter-in-law started moving in. It was a fantastic service from start to finish. This is a long review but Scott deserved this. I don't need to say that I highly recommend him.
